The County Sheriff’s Civil offices have been impacted by the COVID-19 response, court closures and Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-28-20. Sheriff’s offices are accepting documents with certain restrictions but may not be able to abide by previously established timelines. Most, if not all, eviction services have been suspended until further notice.
