Much has happened over the weekend as a response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is formulated and implemented. Many questions have been asked and more than a few remain unanswered. We want you to know what Janney & Janney and the courts are implementing as we move forward.
Janney & Janney
1. We have instructed our employees on personal requirements for hygiene in order to conform to government suggestions.
2. We will remain open until further notice. Our phones will be answered, portal staffed, email read, E-filing will be available and legal documents served.
3. We will maintain a presence in every courthouse as allowed by the individual court.
4. Documents can be uploaded into our portal and filed, delivered or served according to your request.
