eFiling in San Diego Superior Court Goes Live on October 1st, 2020
Beginning October 1st, 2020, Janney & Janney will be a certified eFiling Service Provider with San Diego Superior Court for Civil eFiling. That means you can now eFile legal documents with San Diego Superior Court using Janney & Janney for Civil Limited, Civil Unlimited, Family, Probate and Provisionally Complex cases.
Beyond San Diego, you have access to 21 eFiling courts and counting, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, and more. San Diego Superior Court’s eFiling deadline will be 11:59 p.m.
